Shipping and Delivery Policy

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or telephone once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 72 hours.

Kindly expect dispatches of your items in 7 to 20 working days (Depending on Order Volumes). There could be a delay on pre-ordered pieces being handwork process [Pieces are not packed, Processed or Dispatched on festive holidays or weekends - Saturday/Sundays]

Please note made to order will be processed in 8-14 working days.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays or errors caused by the courier service. If your order is damaged during transit or is lost, we will not be held liable.
