Exchange Policy
If you have received a damaged product, a wrong size or a wrong product, you can send it back to us for exchange.
Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description and have a look at the pictures before ordering.
We do not have a reverse pickup service. The customer will have to send the item back for exchange by themselves. The charges for sending the product
back will have to be borne by the customer.
We do not accept exchanges with different designs or items. Please check all the pictures and description before ordering.
We do not provide exchange on unstitched/semi stitched set.
Incase of defects/Stitched set
Please Note:
- Exchanges not available on Made to Order Items/Customized (as its stitched as per individual's measurements)
- Exchanges not available on sale items, accessorries.
- Motifs may vary as each piece is unique and would not be eligible for exchange.
- We try to stay close to the accurate colors but there might be a slight variation in the color due to screen resolution and device used by customer and the camera used.
- We Always Advise Our Customers to Dryclean our products as intricate embroidery Fragile mrrors and Mukaish is embellished. Detergent use or bleach is strictly prohibited on Dye Materials.
- Products with Maximum Sizes Available cannot be exchanged/returned.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability, same product/design may not always be available.
- We do not provide any Refunds or Returns
Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes.There is bound to be variations in colour, variation in motifs, finish and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your screen for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
- Once we receive a exchange request it will be processed by our team which will validate the reason for return/exchange.
- Once the request is approved you will be provided the mailing address to ship back the shipment to us.
- Once the item is received by us and passes the quality check you will be offered the resolution.
- Please do not forget to take the acknowledgement receipt from the delivery person with his/her signature and Mobile number.
- SafronCreations would not be responsible of any damage during transit. We recommend to send the exchanges through traceable service.
- A return charge of $150 will apply for size exchange. No monetary refund will be issued.
