Wedgwood & Co is a separate entity from Josiah Wedgwood, founded by Enoch Wedgwood in 1860 the company was eventually acquired by Josiah Wedgwood in 1980. The piece is fully transfer printed both on the top of the lid and on the interior of the bowl with a blue on white image on each of the four exterior sides. The lid has a lion finial.
