This brush is hallmarked with the lion (sterling silver guarantee), the anchor (Birmingham assay office) and the date letter of e, which stands for the year 1904. The initials are difficult to make out, but I think that they are HM for silversmith Henry Matthews. The piece is in very good condition with some dinging to one end and a bit of tarnish
