Simmons worked with some of the biggest names in rap, including Public Enemy, EPMD, Stetasonic, and, of course, Run DMC. In 1988, just four years after Def Jam was founded, a private concert in London was held with many of the label and Rush's biggest artists at Novello Rooms. It was an
