Grindley & Co. of England in the beautiful Celtic flow blue pattern. Dating to the late Victorian or early Edwardian era, the bowl features richly flowing cobalt blue decoration accented with delicate gilt highlights along the moulded rim. The design combines ornate foliate motifs with a textured border and softly scalloped edge, creating the blurred, atmospheric effect that collectors prize in
