The piece has a whimsical graphic of a woman selling vegetables and flowers, dressed in traditional garb, selling her wares at a market. The Market pattern was designed by Turi Gramstad Oliver in 1963, subsequent to her design of the Lotte pattern in 1962 and was produced from 1966 until 1980. This coupe cereal bowl measures 6 in diameter across
