Some sections of dark grayish green mottling can appear occur towards the outer crust, but otherwise the color and texture is very even. Price is for 1 lb lot. Shape, size, and amount of edges with crust varies between each individual piece, with slabs ranging from 3" 9" long and 4mm 8mm thick. Images show the slabs both wet and dry.
