Vintage 1960s Dress Chartreuse Green Chiffon with Handkerchief Hem Size M boudoir slippers Chest: 38” aroundThis is a wonderful 1960s era dress made of chartreuse green chiffon over a matching chiffon and acetate base. The dress has a handkerchief hem in an irregular length to the knee, both above and below. It is sleeveless with a goddess bodice high, empire style, waist with the chiffon gathered in tucks at the shoulders in order to create a draped effect, with a wide V shape neckline. The skirt also falls in drapes. The dress does up the back with a
