Plume Jura Rouge 2021 GRENACHE GRIS well-craftedPlume is the brainchild of Gevrey Chambertin born Aymerick Geantet, an exciting young winemaker who spent many years at the renowned Domaine Prieur Roch. Upon his departure from the Ctes de Nuits, he embarked on a search for vineyards where he could push the boundaries of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, while also expanding his horizons. He landed in Le Sud Revermont, Rotalier in the Jura, home to high quality winemaker Domaine Labet. These distinct
