The Cannubi is a wine of pure pleasure

There are suggestions of warm earth and herbal tea on the lightly spiced dark currant scented nose

with an earthy underbrush element complementing the dried black cherry

the Molsino is not as expressive as the Valferana

It fermented in stainless steel with neutral yeasts and aged for around 12 months in French barriques

Laurent Perrier, Brut NV Size:6x750ml The Cannubi is a wineMagnum. The current vintage Laurent Perrier but about to hand over to 2012. Powerful, mature nose but very fresh on the palate. A baby Grand Sicle? It really seemed rather similar until I tasted Grand Sicle itself but relatively GV.
