Still deeply colored

Just a touch of warming alcohol pokes through

but I suspect that it will dissipate once the wine is racked for the bottling

and loads of complexity

Colgin, Tychson Hill Cabernet Sauvignon other_regions_italy The palate is wonderfully complexThe 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Tychson Hill is beautifully layered throughout, with striking aromatics and tons of nuance. There is no shortage of intensity, but, somewhat uncharacteristically, the Tychson Hill is the least opulent of these four wines. The 2014 has closed down considerably after bottling. From barrel, it was nuanced, classy and super polished. I suspect it will be all of those things again in a number of years. Dollops of Cabernet Franc
