The boundaries between spirit categories overlap giving life to a unique product, with a strong appeal to both its history and our Tuscan terroir. The Old Tom is a style of Gin that became popular in England between the 18th and 19th centuries. It was characterized by a sweet taste, thanks to the addition of sugar. Adding sugar was an attempt to disguise a pungent taste caused by distillation probelms of that era.
