It is decorated with a floral foliate pattern in blue underglaze against white with a yellow painted edge. I have not been able to identify the maker associated with the mark on the back of the piece. The piece measures 12 3 8 in diameter with a height of 2 at the edge. It is in very good condition with the exception of some chipping to the edge of the piece
