It is made from PVC and can come with matching or contrasting channels and bias binding. It has 6 panels altogether to give an extra tight fit and is lined with thick cotton drill for a soft touch on the skin. Fully boned with spiral bones gives a tight fit that moulds around the neck and around the back of the head. Silver eyelets are at the back with a lace to tie it. All my neck
