Victorian "Good Luck" Silver Cuff Bangle mourning The portico is supported byDATE: Victorian, c. 1882 A sweet antique silver cuff bangle dating from the Victorian period, circa 1882. The front is a lucky horseshoe, with a "Good Luck" applied motif with surrounding floral engraved detail. Crafted in sterling silver throughout, with full English hallmarks. Victorian jewellery often includes floral motifs, as part of their "Language of Flowers", whereby each flower or plant represented some romantic or emotional sentiment.
