HUGE Vintage Red Transferware Polychrome Tray / Chop Plate / Platter Royal Doulton Pomeroy Urn with Flowers burnt orange George Jones and Sons MarlobroughOne of my favorite patterns is Pomeroy by Royal Doulton. This piece is a very hard to find one it is a vintage red transferware platter underplate for the soup tureen, dating to about the 1930's. The border is a mix of fruits and flowers intertwined with scroll work. The face of the platter depicts an urn filled with flowers setting on the edge of a brick wall. It features hand painted touches of blue, green and yellow. Stunning for display or serving
