It is aged on its lees and has a juicy, textured palate of mango, lemon curd, and honey. We would pair this with drunken noodles with ground pork. Chteau Jean Faux, located not far from the Ctes de Castillon, is an historical estate that dates back to the 18th century. The estate consists of 45 hectares of woods, orchards, rolling hills and 11. 5 hectares of vineyard is two hectares of vines
