Poderi Colla 'Roncaglie' Barbaresco DOCG, 2018 sangiovese rosso cinchona barkThis wine is 100% Nebbiolo from the commune of Barbaresco. Classically styled, gentler than its sibling Barolo's but still built out with plenty of acid and tannins. An astounding wine with cherry, rose petals, zippy wild strawberry and some baking spices. This wine will reward those who cellar or decant it. Grill up a T bone steak or pig cheek ragu.
