Early 19th Watercolor and Pencil Tulip Hat if you strongly prefer aGorgeous early 1800's era watercolor and pencil painting of a tulip and butterfly. Came out of a very old barn in Vermont. Wood frame painted gold. Frame has a few areas of discoloration but overall frame and piece are in great condition given age. Measures 8" tall, 6. 5" wide
